Don’t adopt from this facility! Unless you want to commute 2 hours with “certification” that you were to be adopting a cat. But you arrive and someone else has adopted the cat even though you were approved of adoption, like me. Then for them to tell you there’s nothing they can do about it, so you’re going home without an animal you wanted really bad and were excited for. It’s a heartbreaking feeling that I was to receive the animal. And now I’ll never get to have her, because this facility won’t take accountability for their actions and actually make things right. They still get their money so in their eyes, it’s perfectly fine. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO ADOPT FROM THIS FACILITY!

I was very impressed with this group when I called about an abandoned Siamese in our neighborhood. Folks on our neighborhood had been feeding this cat and no one was claiming it. It seemed like a healthy cat, but as cold weather was on its way the people who were feeding started to try to find a group to take it. The No Kill shelters were all full. I called my dog’s vet and ask for some advice and they recommended two groups. The first one referred me to TLC. The second never returned my call. Lol! I got a hold of some one at TLC and within a couple of hours a lovely lady picked up the Siamese. It is sad that someone would abandon such a nice cat. Hope she finds a nice home for it,

We adopted a wonderful cat from here and found out he has fleas. Ridiculous they didn't check for this or warn us before we signed the paperwork and brought him home. 2 stars.

Great cats from TLC. We have been fosters with them for 2 years and adopted two of them. All deworming and vaccines plus spay and neuter happen before adoption. They are great.

Unfortunately too many of the cats that come from their care are SICK... Not just a typical upper respiratory infection (which is common for shelter cats) but panleukopenia, even. Shady business and I do not recommend adopting from them. Hard to contact someone directly and most of the records sent home with adoptions are wrong and probably don't even belong to that specific animal. Sad.

Had an excellent experience with our foster parents and they earned all the stars because of the care they gave their foster cats and the cat my daughter adopted. Mica was absolutely great and allowed us to meet with the cat and get to know him well. She was patient with us and answered all our questions. Her and her husband love and take superb care of all the cats in their home.We have been experiencing some difficulties when working with TLC Fosters since the adoption and trying to obtain a copy of the medical records. Hopefully, it will be ironed out on Monday. It’s been two weeks and it is starting to become a concern.

Worked with TLC for nearly a decade now such a fantastic organization with some extremely hard working people! Thanks for all you do, I have 1 boys from you who are our world!

Constantly adopts and fosters out SICK cats to people, lying to them and telling them they are perfectly healthy. Refuses to cover associated veterinary fees for said cats, OR will promise to do so and never follows through. This is not a one time thing and continues to be a problem. Impossible to talk to anyone on the phone, this whole operation is shady and I do not recommend doing anything with this organization. Shameful.

GREAT place to adopt. I never heard of them until I was looking for a cat July 2017. I adopted a 10-year-old cat that was an owner give up at that time. Theycontinue to be very helpful. A bit far for me (5 hour round trip), but it was well worth the trip. I do follow their posts weekly in a Facebook group. When I want to adopt again, I surely will see if they have something that fits.

They adopted a cat out to a nursing facility and not even 2 days later was rude and ripped the cat away from us after the residents and staff already fell in love with him. Prior to leaving with the cat, they mentioned to us they already promised him to someone else. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING. If I could give negative review I would.
