Kim is the BEST! I have lived in multiple states over the years and she is hands down the most efficient and helpful!! Within hours she has everything sorted out and prepared for me. I know I can call her with any issues and she will sort it out. I would highly recommend!!!

The ambulance had not gotten paid from an accident I had so I called my agent. They called Ambulance and claims to figure out what was missing so the Ambulance could get paid. Thank you!

Excellent customer service! We have been very lucky over the years and have not had to have many claims but anytime we did it was very quickly taken care of. Most recent was a windshield replacement and it was completed within a week.
