Very expensive and sit time is horrible. I have two of my mowers and they responded a month later. Fix another two weeks later. I asked quotation several times. All of a sudden I for a bill of 700 dollars. I would buy new one rather riding torn belt and gear string. We do not have many choice here. Stuffs are we’ll be behaved but never negotiate bills.

I am a wounded Viet Nam Vet with limited use of my legs and as such am still able to ride my Troy Bilt. For the last two seasons I have had it serviced at All About Mowers here in Macomb. I just got it back yesterday(4/17/23) and honestly it performed better than when it was new. I was amazed at how smooth it cut (new blade) and easily it took on the tall spotty grass. I am asking my wife to personally thank the tech who serviced it when she goes to pay the bill. I noticed when I reviewed this post it says we are from San Francisco Ca. not true but I dont know how to change that.WE live in Macomb.Danny Reed

If you want charming service, this is not the place! However, they do know their mowers, and weed wackers. I don't believe that they mean to be curt or ill-mannered, they just don't have good people skills. They do have mechanical skills! But usually overcharge as well. I've decided to skip them and have been far happier with Doran Turnquist who is competent, far priced and WAY faster.

I brought my troy bilt till there for an oil change, new tire, throttle cable, and a new carb. Three months later I finaly got it back after several phone calls and visits. They charged me a little over 300 just for the carb (just the part not the time) That I later found online for $30 new. When I finally got it back they didn't finish fixing the forward reverse lever and told me it would just be a lot of work for them, It took me under 1 min after i got it home to work. The day after the pull start cord broke (which i asked them to replace) and I had to replace it myself. I also had to take apart the tine PTO engager because they didn't think to check if that worked. They also put a belt that was 1/2" to big on and it kept slipping when I finally finished getting it to work. Even the work they actually did the right way was done sloppy. the throttle cable was just dangling so it could get caught on stuff. When I finally picked it up I stood there for 15 min waiting for them to make me a recept. This is the first time I trusted all about mowers with something more then blade sharpening thinking I would spend the money for the convenience of not having to fix it myself and I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Over charged, 3 month wait, job not compleated and part of what they did was done wrong.

My experience was very smooth buying a new Cub Cadet tractor. Service was friendly and the counter cat was cute! Delivery was fast, punctual and cheap! I am excited to ride!

Took my 3 year old rider in for a belt replacement, oil change and blade sharpening. $200.00 later I was out the door. Upon inspection, oil was changed but not the filter. Drive belt was loose so much that I couldn't climb a small slope and the new belt broke after 2 passes around the yard. Cost me another $250.00 in Havana to get it right. I do not like to leave negative reviews but this was bad service all the way around. If i could give it zero stars I would.

This is where you need to buy lawn equipment. They went out of their way to make sure I got a double warranty then filed the warranty for me without even asking.

We had the worst experience at All About Mowers. We purchased a used mower with a 30 day guarantee. It had issues (belts slipping off, no movement) since the day we bought it. We requested them to fix it. They agreed, but took awhile getting it, then kept it for two weeks. They did not communicate with us at all unless we called to check in. Once we discovered the work was finished, because they didn’t call to tell us, it was still two days before it was brought back. Upon re

I will not be taking my mower to this business again. I dropped off my elderly father's mower to get repaired a week ago. The man I spoke to wrote down our information on a note pad. A week later, my father stopped by the business to see what the status was for his mower. They had no information about his mower. He was actually told to go look for his own mower with someone. It was in a shed. No one had any idea who the mower belonged to. It was not fixed. Come to find out it just needed a spark plug fixed. Dad left the mower there to get it cleaned up and the blade sharpened. The gentleman that helped him said that it would probably be done that day and check in tomorrow. I called this morning to check on it. Got two people on the phone asking the same question of what I needed. I was then told I would have to wait a couple hours or so because the ticket has not been completed. The mower is done but the paperwork is not. What kind of business does not write a work order, puts a random mower in a shed to be placed there for however long, then the owner has to search the premises to find his own mower? Apparently this is not the first time this has happened. Not happy! Especially when my father is told to walk around to find his own mower!!!
