Such a GREAT hotel! We had a softball team stay and they let us hang out in the lobby the rooms were clean breakfast was great and we even saw staff cleaning ALOT! Perfect hotel and the lady that works the front desk is such a wonderful person!

Poorly run management has no sense of customer service! Dirty smelly and generally just disgusting. This is why they need to add negative stars to this!

The staff was very friendly. However, it was cashews in the corner on the floor and 2 red stains that looked like ketchup smeared on the wall.

It is always a wonderful experience staying there when we are visiting Macomb. The staff works hard and is super helpful every time we are there.
