I'm a 64 year old veteran I tripped over a pallet in front of side door I got treated rude by a manager ? an broke my phone I called cooperate an they had an adjustor from another state tell me I don't have a claim cause I'll. Law has a no trip Hazzard I was fine but my phone should of been replaced yes I was wrong for looking at my phone but u was wrong for neglecting to pick up pallet after was unloading it just saying ? thatstation

I haven't been there in a year since I no longer live in the area but I used to go there all the time to get their lotus drinks they were pricey but worth the money I had no problems with anyone the last time I was there but I haven't been there in a year I never bought their chicken or anything but I used to buy some of the chicken salad and tuna salad kits with crackers and grapes it was pretty good I didn't get gas there very often due to the price but gas prices are high every where

I am back visiting and this place was a must visit previously. It has fallen on very hard times and is now struggling. Apparently the coffee window is the only priority now? I have no clue what has caused such a drastic collapse. This convenience station should be printing money, sadly they don't seem interested in taking any of mine.

I love their cleanliness at gas taking areas. Machines are accurate and modern. I did take gas so many times.

Always in there whenever I go to Macomb, always satisfied. The gizzards are great! The chicken, fantastic! Service could use some tweaking but overall it's good.

The manager snapped on me like I was in a bar fight after I disrespected her authority. She had no tag on that identified her as a manager. I assumed the woman who is there all the time was a manager as I have never seen this woman before in my life. She immediately became confrontative. Corporate HR has been notified. It's too bad because it's very convenient location wise. Could not even comprehend that anyone would treat a regular customer or any other human being like that. Felt like I was being bullied in high school. Call corporate and ask for the VP of HR.

They must have had six clerks back there. And I had to say excuse me four times and nobody even responded three of them were less than four feet away from me. I understand that they're new etc etc but it is a service industry. It's like walking into a high school classroom sometimes there's a couple of the clerks there that are pretty professional at least when there's customers around. But the rest of them I would never ever ever hire. I understand it's hard to find people these days but maybe the manager needs to be redefined doesn't seem like she's picking out very good employees. Not to mention her attitude

Tell me why I went in there at 8am and the old man behind the counter yelled at my boyfriend for “drinking” a sip of the fountain drinks we were getting and then my bf was like it spilled so I was slurping it off my hand, then the old man continues to argue saying that he watched us take multiple sips we walked up to the counter to pay and I was embarrassed that this worker yelled at us across the store so I said I don’t want my drink. This man “TOLD”me your gonna take it. I responded with no I don’t it’s my money. Then the man working responded with,” actually it’s his money”. In fact it was my bf card so his money but when that worker “TOLD” my bf that he was gonna buy them that’s when he took his card out and left the drinks. Talk about embarrassing. I think it’s also very inappropriate on that associate part. I would never treat a customer the way he treated us. Also when I call the place asking for a manger and then while I’m talking they hang up. I’m not sure who did the hiring but this is not how you treat a shopping customer.

Ummm dont even know what to say, besides me and my gf just got attacked over a sip of a fountain drink at 8 am.I didnt even take a drink like the man claims but can someone correct me if im wrong, who else takes a sip before putting the lid on or to see if they changed the CO2 tanks. PS. Dont go here for anything alot better gas stations in macomb.

I went into the Macomb store to get a few things. Sam was the cashier. I asked her how much the Pringles was and she said $4. I told her it said 2.49 on thr self, so I gave them back to her and told her I didn't want them. I checked my receipt when I got home. She did not deduct them, so I ended up paying for them and got no chips. Besides that she isn't friendly. Always have problems there.
