It’s nice to see them doing business I Macomb as there are no other renting companies available here. They do not have enough stock and rates are pretty high compare to other city due to remote locations. I have rented cars several times and return them on time.

I needed to rent a car to drive quite a distance. Antonio and DuWayne called me a few days ahead of time to confirm my reservation. Had a car available upon my arrival, were very informative and patient at the time of my pick up and drop off. I will be using enterprise again in the very near future.

We booked a car month ago for drive to airport. My husband even called them couple days before we pic up the car just to confirm the time and date and when we reached there to pic up the car the manager Dalton Myers said he doesn’t have a car for us and we should look for other options. We showed him an email confirmation but he rejected to give a car. We had to catch a flight the same day in couple hours. Worst worst worst service. Called their headquarters but no response. Nobody seems to care and nobody response to your complain. Please please don’t rent a car with enterprise. Never had such worst experience before. Save your time and money and never book with these people. They don’t care about your emergency or your need. Hope this helps you before you rent a car with Enterprise.

This business has some of the most helpful and friendly staff I have ever encountered!!! Went above and beyond to get me just what I wanted and needed!!! Will definitely be renting all of my vehicles from here from now on!!!

I am trying to rent a car for drop off at another location and the website and customer service line insists that there are no vehicles available for my one way travel. However, if I am willing to extend the amount of time I have the car with me they will have a car available but I have to pay a ridiculous amount of almost $1300 for 7 days. So they do have cars available they just want to rent them to those with the most money. I understand this is a business but what about your company statement or goal? Are you only for the rich? Are you only for the highest bidder? What is your contribution to society? I called the so called escalation team to complaint and all he did was hung up on me because he said he had other calls. These companies are apparently franchises and the owners get to decide how to use their personally owned vehicles, they just take the name and ruin the reputation. This world is all about money they don't care about people they have no customer service care. I am supposed to call the office to workout a deal with the manager, I can almost already predict the answer. These businesses should not advertise a service they are not willing to provide in the first place.

I have rented from the Macomb location many many times. Have never had a problem. Rented a car two weakends ago and they had it ready right on time. Nice clean car! They have always been super nice here. Preston was awesome! Was in and out in no time. I always call or go in to make a reservation- NEVER EVER A PROBLEM!

I made a Enterprise Plus account and made a reservation for a car on Wednesday, April 5,for a Thursday, April 6, at 4PM pickup. Received my reservation confirmation by email. Arrived Thursday after work at 3:40PM at the Macomb, IL Enterpise to pickup the car for my confirmed reservation and the employee told me "Inventory is low and actually we don't have a car for you today. We will have one Monday." I was highly frustrated, I didn't need a car Monday, I reserved one for Thursday to Saturday. He said he would put me on a list because one might come in. I left and went home and called the company to make a complaint. Why does Enterprise have a reservation if they do not honor it? Are they renting reserved cars to walkins? The customer service rep took down my name, email, reservation number and phone number to give to management and I am to receive a call back. As of this review, April 7 at 11:18AM, I have not received a call. I am very disappointed in this company. Sad thing is, we live in the middle of nowhere and need to drive to Burlington or Quincy to rent a car. Guess I'll see if management ever calls.

Made a reservation for a vehicle for a Thursday thru Saturday. Went to pickup the car a little earlier then my scheduled pickup time and was told there is not a vehicle for you but might have one Monday. I left very upset and frustrated. I called Enterprise customer service to make a complaint and the customer service rep placed a ticket to have upper management give me a call. NEVER received a call so I placed a review on Google on Saturday. There was a reply by Enterprise to "seem" like they were concerned but it was just for optics. I emailed the address this reply supplied and my contact information alone with a copy of my reservation confirmation. FOUR days later I receive a reply from the company, stating in short that if you make a reservation with this company, the customer needs to call the location of pickup and make sure there is a car for you! In the email it stated my reservation was under 24 hours which it was not, it was made OVER 24 hours in advance. The email has a reply link attached on how they did with service and when I tried to mark the "Bad, Not Satisfied" it stated this ticket has been closed and can not reply. I have only rented from Enterprise one time and this is the closest to me but I will defiantly NOT use Enterprise ever. I will travel to the next town because this company is not convenient anyway.

I would give a zero rating , whenever you book you will not have a car if you don’t have a car why are you taking the reservations .The worst rental service in the town .Never book when it’s an emergency and don’t ever rely on this

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. made reservation with paid insurance to "secure" reservation on a Friday for Monday to leave town to visit a family member whose health was declining quickly. rearranged work, found transportation to pickup location only to find out they didn't have any vehicles and hadn't had time to call and tell me yet despite being open for over an hour. then tried other nearby towns (50 miles away) via website and then the reservation line on phone but each time received a confirmation number but each time the location had no vehicles. wasted 3 people's time around 7 hours, a days travel with limited window of opportunity and a stressed out wife. complete waste of time

Booked a car, got an email confirming, the next day I get a call from the office claiming they actually have no available cars and that they are going to put me in a wait list for Monday when my rental was supposed to start on Friday. Waste of time. The whole point of reserving is that you secure your purchase ahead of time, but I guess that means nothing to this enterprise.
