I can’t say enough good things about this garage. My son, a student at WIU, had my car with him when it broke down. I’m almost 4 hours away, so I wasn’t able to be there to take care of things. John treated my son like family. I am so grateful that we took the car there; everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

On Sunday, a steady yellow light came on indicating an "issue with the engine, service now" while we were out of state.Monday morning, I was able to contact Gentry Motor Company and bring our vehicle in so they could access the issue.They gave me a loaner vehicle while they had our vehicle. Within a few hours I was called and a repair was authorized.Our vehicle was ready by mid afternoon. Katie Musick and John Gentry provided great hometown customer service and a friendly smile.We always take our vehicle to Gentry Motor Company because they treat us right.

Excellent service! They were able to get my jeep in quickly and fixed! I'm very happy that my vehicle is now safe. Price was fair for what had to be done. Receptionist is a lovely person who was plesant to speak with and highly efficient! I definitely recommend!

Just picked up a 2016 Focus ST and dealing with John was a great experience. Everything was handled prior so after driving 3 hours it only took about 10 min to be ready to leave with the car. John was straight forward with everything and updated me everytime something changed. I will definitely keep Gentry Motors in mind for my next buy.

Amazing service. I wasn’t able to afford a car but John helped put me in the right direction towards affording one in the future. Most dealerships would turn a college kid down from even talking to them but John was open to giving me advice and even helped me in ways I didn’t expect to get done today or even in the near future!!! I most definitely recommend Gentry Motor Company !

Went looking out of town just curious to what was out there...ran into this lovely gentleman...we unfortunately didn't find what we were looking for but he was friendly,down to earth,and honest as they come...not just one to make a quick buck and throw you into anything.He takes your every want and need into consideration!

Great experience, John Gentry was great to deal with. Shopping for vehicles at big car dealers has always been painful, takes you all day. Here we were in and out in no time. Very transparent about everything.

Had a oil change this am. Went very quick. No oil smell when engine got hot. No grease or oil inside vehicle. Everyone was polite and nice to work with. Very satisfied.
