Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Simple but adequate supplies in bathroom. Would welcome nightstand and light on BOTH sides of the bed. Anytime free coffee service. Excellent full breakfast included. Friendly and prompt service. Location near coffee shop and deli, but beyond walking distance of town

All of the staff members were great. This includes the front desk, breakfast staff, maintenance and housekeeping. We have stayed there many times over the years and this latest stay at Thanksgiving was great. As a Hilton Diamond member thanks to the entire team for making us feel grateful.

All staff was friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. The pool and fitness room was nice and the whole place was very clean. I even deleted my booking app. Will definitely be staying

My partner and I came through to visit our family for a family reunion out in Vermont! We stayed because we brought our two dogs with us! It was such a great experience, the staff was wonderful, the complimentary breakfast was great! It was all around just fabulous.They even gave us a little of all the local animals spots, dog park, veterinary, etc. The whole team was caring and kind. Highly reccommend!

This is one of my favorite Hilton properties across the entire eastern US that we've visited. I've been here for three nights over Memorial Day and for two nights in November. The staff is super friendly, I enjoy the prairie/farmland view from the room on the back side of the hotel.Rooms: This Hampton is the only Hilton property I've been to this year that has functional Wi-Fi without making you pay extra.One of the things I love here is that they do decorative folding arrangements of the toilet paper and towels. It's just a little extra sitting that makes it seem as though they are conscious about being a place that's about hospitality. I meant to take pictures of the folded towels before I took them apart, but I did manage to get a picture of the cute little flourish on the toilet paper.The room, bathroom and bedding and furniture, smells clean without having extra scents. As someone who can get scent-induced migraines, I deeply appreciate this about this hotel, that there haven't ever been intrusive odors or excess scenting. It's just comfortable and relaxing to be here. The Zero series soaps are also not irritating. (I wish all Hilton-associated properties would switch to this because these have been very gentle on my skin so far and don't make me sneeze or annoyed/distressed by scent.)Nearby activities: There is a really fun playground in the park at the center of town with plenty of trees and a nice gazebo as well as a fountain.Safety: It feels very safe here. The kids have been able to take walks around the building. My family used to ride horses here before this area was developed, so that's kind of fun for me to think about them overlapping in this space across time.Walkability: There are multiple businesses conveniently within walking distance including a Walmart supercenter, two other grocery stores (Hy-Vee and Aldi), multiple restaurants, a salon, and more.Food & drinks: My kids have loved the breakfasts here, and they are available until 10am which is super convenient. They also have an always-available cocoa, coffee, and tea counter.Noteworthy details: I want to repeat how nice it is to have functional Wi-Fi without having to pay extra.This Hampton is one of the only Hilton properties I've been to this year that has a pool with a comfortable temperature, and it's open until 11pm. For anyone traveling with kids or for whom a pool matters to you, this one has not disappointed. I'm personally getting tired of hotels claiming to have a heated indoor pool that's downright uncomfortable or (sometimes painfully) frigid. I'm going to get a thermometer and start measuring the water temperatures myself, but this one has been great!

Stayed here during a college visit at Western Illinois. The room was average. However a couple things are that my wife is in a wheelchair and we requested a room with an accessible shower. When we got to the room it had a fold up bench attached to the wall but very poor placement as the shampoo etc are attached to the wall behind you and the bench has no back. For someone paralyzed from the waste down their balance is not very good and so trying to turn to get shower gel or shampoo can be risky. The biggest issue we that we saw they had a chair lift for both the pool and hot tub. However once we went into the pool area neither lifts were operational and it was very clear that they have not taken care of them for a long time. We asked the front desk guy about it and poor guy was new so he called his manager. He came back to us and said the manager called the maintenance guy and he said neither were functional (obviously) and that they ordered replacements. However I dont know that I believe them because these things look like they havent been operational for a long time (pics below). Also the bathroom in the pool area had dead bugs on the floor and didnt appear to be very clean.

Had a wedding this weekend 9-30. Clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Hot free breakfast. Good water pressure in shower. Need a hot tub and larger bell boy luggage trolley. Base was a triangle and very small. Hook to hang things on also small. Quiet. Elevator doors are quick to shut.

Rooms - 2 queen beds with a bigger fridge than most hotels I've been to. I had like 4 Core water bottles, 2 kombocha bottles, 2 salads, left over food etc and they all fit which was great. Only issue i had was the carpet felt sticky like every where in the room but i always bring flip flops so i was ok.Service - front desk staff was pleasant and they sent me a text after check in asking if i needed food recommendations which was nice!Location - its a small college town so not many restaurants to choose from but if you need a place to eat go to "chick's". There is a walmart and hyvee really close to the hotel. You could walk butttt it was too gosh darn hot so like 3 min drive.

Super nice staff. They have everything clean and in order.It’s in good location, close to all the stores.Breakfast is pretty good.Rooms: The keep the rooms in good shape and the furniture is not old.

The hotel was very clean and staff was amazing here. There is no hot tub like it says, only a pool. The pillows are small and sink when you lay on it so ask for extra but otherwise it was a nice hotel.

I travel a lot and I stay quite often at a Hampton Inn. I will never venture into this property again. I had reserved a room and then canceled the reservation. I even got the email confirmation of the cancellation. The day after I was SUPPOSED to be at the hotel, I got a receipt and the room was charged to my credit card. When I called to get the credit, they told me that I checked-in via my phone and they would not reverse the charge. Even though I argued that it would be impossible for me to check into a room that was canceled and even though I have an email confirmation of the cancellation, they would not credit my credit card. Totally unacceptable and, quite frankly, kind of illegal. My company is trying to dispute the charge and that should work. But, just the sheer fact that this property refused to credit my account when it is quite obvious that I could not have been there, shows ineptitude beyond belief! And, for the record, corporate stated that they did not show a charge for the room reservation on THEIR end--but really did nothing to help me.
