Yes, the staff are friendly but that’s all I can say! I transferred our meds from another pharmacy we used for 15 years; cause of “convenience” and I am truly regretting it! No, I don’t live far from there, but why don’t they get ALL of our meds ready at the same time instead of just 1 or 2 at a time? When I had the old pharmacy send everything to them; I know it was all on the same day so why am I having to make several trips/every week, to pick up our meds? I,seriously, am thinking about transferring them back!

Each one of the staff is very polite, professional and very helpful. The pharmacists are amazingly Empathetic. I can’t thank them enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Macomb HY-VEE PHARMACY!

New Auto attendant is NOT better - stop trying to AI guess what I want to refill! You've literally doubled the amount of time it takes to get refills.

I love Hy-Vee because of the wonderful customer service. I also like their tenderloins and chicken fritters. Their Chinese food is pretty good, too.

I walked into the pharmacy about 5 minutes before closing to pick up prescriptions for my baby girl. Her prescriptions weren’t ready yet, but Whitney found them in the system and she and Kassandra filled them for me, and they even gave me some cute alligator spoons for dosing. I’m so grateful for their helpful smiles im the pharmacy aisle tonight!

We frequently have to wait DAYS before prescriptions are ready. Completely unacceptable!

The last two weeks I have fought getting my meds they send refill requests too a lpn that is no longer with my doctor I have too be the one too find out then Saturday they told me I couldn't get one filled cause the prescription had expired so they sent a request too the doctor and today Wednesday they still didn't have it filled I've been with this pharmacy for ten years plus
