This company took over from the previous owners. It hasn't been a year and already they've gone up several times in the units. My unit went from 69$ to 94$. They said it's because of the rising cost to keep the business running. Liars. They are just money hungry

Mack Storage is Thee ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE to store your items!!!!!ALL of my new items were damaged with everybug you can think of. BEWARE DO NOT store your items here. They also only refunded $40 for items worth approximately $800.

Had 2 units from them. Both were clean and secure. No leaks, no mice, and everything was great. Dealing with office staff was a breeze and got deposit back within a day of moving out of the unit.

I'm currently renting through them and someone broke into my unit and no knows anything. I wouldn't do it if I were you !
