Diagnosed my vehicle told me it was going to be about $2,700 and when I got it back the first time The bill ended up only being $2,300 almost $2,400 and multiple vacuum lines and electrical connectors we're still unhooked and I now had an airbag light on and the vehicle still had the same problem that I took it there for to begin with. Long story short over the next year I took it to him multiple times was still no results then the last time I took it to him he left it sit outside for over a month so I asked him what was up with my truck and he told me I didn't make an appointment... Told him I paid him a year ago to fix my vehicle.. shouldn't have to make an appointment at this point and he just started screaming at me to get out of his building and to never come back and slammed his door in my face on my way out!!!! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST, HE HAS THE WOOL PULLED OVER SOME PEOPLE'S EYES FOR NOW. We did it his way and it DIDN'T WORK!!!
What he should do, If he's any decent person at all is the right thing by saying hey give me a chance to make this right and he hasn't

Grandaughter goes to college in Macomb. Her vehicle broke down over the holiday weekend. They got it in, found the problem and fixed it. Very professional and reasonably priced. Thanks for your help!

Stopped by one Saturday just to speak with someone about a noise and my service engine light on spoke to two very nice gentlemen that went out of there way to help me even though they were closed. Took my car back in to have the noise and the service engine light checked, they fixed the problem and I will be taking my car back to have the other problem fixed. The name suits them well PRO AUTO ?10/10 Recommend I am so glad to have found an honest reasonable mechanic being that I am a single woman/parent it's hard to find them. So zi am very grateful for these guys and fantastic front desk rep!

This location fixed a vehicle we had taken to a competing shop. They did it for 40% of what the original shop quoted. Work done well and fast. Friendly staff. Give them a try!

PRO Auto was GREAT! They made everything due to my circumstances with my vehicle needing a motor and having no other transportation . My motor was replaced and my car run GREAT!!!! I am so thankful for their service! Great company to take your car to and things will be done correctly.

Poor communication, ‘appointments’ don't mean anything, and money better spent at a different shop.After setting up an appointment, we had gone that same day to see if he had any idea of what was going on, and had told us he had a car he needed to get finished before ours. Unprofessional, didn’t communicate this to us, and we had to go find this out ourselves.After waiting two more days after our appointment we got 0 communication about if he had actually begun looking at it. After going to the shop, we were met with more excuses as to why he had not started on the car as it was still in the parking lot. After asking for our keys back he slammed the keys on the top table.Would not recommend to anybody given other options in town.

Colton is extremely unhelpful! When I asked about my car he was very rude and kept making excuses as to why he couldn’t take a look at my car. I had set an appointment 2 weeks before because that was the only time he said he had available. On my appointment day I received no calls so I went to the shop to get an update and my car was not being worked on. When I asked for updates he couldn’t tell me what he had to fix, how much it was going to cost or anything. All he said was “idk..” within three weeks you couldn’t look at my car once. Ridiculous. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
