I had an amazing experience purchasing my car from Chris and Jared at Ron Elbe Auto! From start to finish, they made the entire process easy, honest, and enjoyable. Both were friendly, professional, and never pushy, which made me feel completely comfortable the whole time.
What really stood out is that they don’t push all the extra financial stuff or gimmicks that most dealerships do. You never feel like you’re being taken advantage of and it’s just the real meat and potatoes of buying a car: find a great vehicle, get a fair deal, and drive away happy.
They took the time to answer every question and made sure everything was clear and straightforward. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.

Ron Elbe's service for his Badboy mowers was outstanding. I didn't purchase my mower there, but needed warranty work done and after three weeks not hearing back from the dealer I purchased it from, I contacted Ron Elbe's about my badboy mower and within a few days he called me and ordered the parts and made me an appointment. Took it in and had my mower back in a day. Will be doing my business there from now on. Thank you Elbe's for your great service.

We just recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from them and we love it! They have been nothing short from absolutely helpful and amazing. Chris was our sales person, as well with Jared helping us, and they went out of their way several times to make sure we were completely satisfied - even ordering extra things for us to make sure we had everything we needed. He was very straightforward the whole time and very respectful, professional, and helpful, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships. I would 110% go back to him and I recommend them to anybody who is looking for a car whether you are a first time buyer or just looking in general. If you want a auto dealer that’s going to take care of you and go the extra mile getting your moneys worth with honest dealers go to Ron Elbe in Macomb I am a local factory worker from Bushnell Illinois and will only get vehicles from Ron their service far surpasses my experiences at multiple other dealers in surrounding areas I bought my wife’s car there and was so happy I went and traded in my truck for one of theirs much more affordable and didn’t lose anything on the vehicle just want to help people save some frustration GO TO RON ELBE !!!
