I have gone to Sherwin Williams for years and have always been satisfied until the last time. I bought 2 gallons of Super Paint and unfortunately ran out. I bought one more on a Friday morning at 7am and the clerk didn't seem awake and I found out later she didn't shake it enough. I painted with the third gallon and it started getting lighter and lighter. I called the store and they didn't really help. Everything seemed to be my fault. Did you prime the drywall? (Yes) Had it completely dried? (Yes over 24 hours) Did you apply it the same? (Yes brush and roller).Ultimately, I got "sales" price on another gallon and spent an hour repainting.

I have bought paint and more at Sherwin-Williams since 2002. The products are excellent. The sales managers are very friendly and helpful.
