Drove an hour and a 1/2 to get there and the person had called in sick. They sent me an email canceling my appointment. But it was sent after I was already driving to get there and didn't get the email till I arrived. Extremely bad experience with this place I would advise everyone to go somewhere else.

Had appt today at 2pm that I scheduled thru website on 8-11-23 we live over a hour away. Get there and it's inside a Chiroprators ofc. He comes out and says I bet you are here for appt with TSA Precheck? Yes at 2pm well the Person was hospitalized and won't be back for a while, I asked and they don't call people with appointments to reschedule, we Drove over an hour. He said well the website states it's closed. I said no it dies not and showed him it says open now till 4pm he said well when did you make appt. I looked at my paper work and said 8/11/2023 he said oh well she didn't go to hospital till Monday?? Wow very poor service. Price of gas, live an hour away and they have been in hospital 2 days and no one can call to let people know this or put something on their website?? I will go elsewhere!! MStewart Illinois

This isn't a review- I'm trying to get an answer. How can I get someone from the Macomb office to answer a question personally? I need to get digital fingerprints for an online teaching job and not sure if I can get it done there or not? Thank you!

Wonderful experience, got there about 20 minutes after they opened, got right in. All times were correct and staff was friendly.

No contact, not at office when I went. Doors were locked, knocked, no one answered. "customer service line" is a 844 number that no one answers. Scheduled an Appointment, sat on hold music for over an hour. Still no one is picking up. I don't even think this company exists anymore.

Took off work, drove an hour to get here to get the pre-check and the person wasn’t even there. Also, the hours are not what the TSA website says they are. What a huge waste of time.
