Picked up my car Wednesday haven’t even had it a week and only driven it once and it’s broke down not to mention other 2015 Ford Focus had a recall on the same thing I got fixed, well was supposed to be fixed, and I paid 420$ for a repair which should’ve been under recall and it’s currently broke down 45 miles from my house!!!!

Went to start my car, and it would not! Went to Woodrum Ford to see what they could do. They came to my house to check it and were able to get it started and take it back to the shop for repair. They delivered it back to my house when repairs were complete within hours. Outstanding customer service!

Have been here multiple times for scheduled services (ie: 10, 20, 30K miles service schedule). Each time I have called and said I want an oil change and 20K miles services done. They say, "so you want your tires rotated". In turn I say I want the scheduled services done for my particular vehicle. They still never acknowledge they will do it. So, this last time I confronted them about it after they were done with my vehicle. They told me I was only looking at it from my point of view. Has anyone else noticed this.

My car was not starting and would leave me stranded on several occasions. I took my car into Woodrum's three separate times to get it diagnosed and fixed and every time left it there for the majority of the day. Each time I was told they really weren't sure what the issue was but to bring it back another day. It was not until the third time taking it in to the service dept. that they were able to diagnose the issue. In the end, I was told it was the PCM relay that was bad and they were going to have to order the part. The part was ordered and I had to take it back a fourth time to get the part installed. I turned this into my extended warranty company and was told this would be covered. After the extended warranty company got the bill, they said it was an excessive amount of labor hours that was billed for the type of repair that it involved. my warranty company ended up paying it but asked me not to take it to Woodrum's again. After I was told it was "fixed", it wasn't but a week later and the same thing continued happening again. So, here I am a month and a half later still dealing with the same issue that should have been fixed A LONG time ago. I will be taking my vehicle somewhere else to get this fixed this time.
