“We are from out of town and dropped in today for a needed oil change to your 20th street Vero Beach location. Three employees sitting in the empty bays. My fault, I missed the directional arrows, and pulled up to the exit side of one of the three empty bays. An employee yelled over, not getting out of his chair, jesturing that I was on the wrong side, I apologized, and his retorte was, ya it figures. The head shaking, attitude and distain for a customer made me roll up my window and drive away. No issue for them, but I am sure the parent company would have liked the revenue. 2014 Lexus IS I will happily go somewhere else, seems I should have read previous reviews before trying your location, all one star reviews. Funny aside, there is a help wanted sign outfront. Hope you get a service oriented, polite person who will not put your company's name in peril”

“Huge! Nice layout and budget friendly for your needs.The tire center wasn't up to par. We had to convince the lady to look for what we needed, she swore that didn't have the trailer rim in stock- we bought 2 because she did her job finally. Then the tire tech insisted the trailer tire was directional and it wouldn't work for what we needed. He was wrong as well.I Understand new employees and under educated however it was moments before they closed and I'm sure they just didn't want to do the work”

“The store manager Justin was awesome. He checked my tires for air pressure they were very low suggested to get air ASAP. And taught me how to check wear and tear of the tires with a penny. Very friendly.”
“I had my tires rebalanced here after getting them installed at another Walmart in a different location. The previous location had my balance thrown way off and caused a lot a vibrations over 35 mph. I brought my vehicle in and technicians Christina and Cooley checked the static balance on my wheels, stripped them of the previous weights and rebalanced them from the beginning. “Coolest guy out there. Stopped in asking for directions to an auto supply store. Needed a headlight. He said "Hold on!" Came back with a headlight in hand and stepped out in the freezing weather to put the bulb in for me and made sure it worked!I wish more business owners cared about people like he did! “Has a great selection of items for farm and home. Clothing selection is quite large, even for babies and toddlers. Our favorite is the John Deere selection for the little ones. My personal favorite is the selection of Dewalt tools which are my favorite battery powered tools. I purchased a generator on this trip which the staff was helpful in choosing the best one for home emergencies and to run my camper. The only issue I had was the inventory management was lacking in the number and location of the products.”
“John helped me out when me and my fiancée were in town for a funeral unfortunately. He answered my call right away, figured out what I needed, I went and he installed it for me in the freezing windy weather in the dark while making great conversation!
