Baldwin Shuttle wanted a van looked at. Can tell van needs to be looked at. Person did not want it looked at because there is a charge for looking at a vehicle issue. Cheap owner/operator. I will not call or recommend Baldwin Shuttle.

I was driving on 55 north and one of your cars was behind me, on my bumper. We’re going a pretty normal highway speed in the left lane and I am consistently passing cars. When it is safe to do so, I move over to the middle lane so your driver can pass me. However, your driver had already moved to the far right lane, so I go back into the passing lane to pass the car in front of me. Your driver decides to come all the way back to the left lane behind me, throw his arms up at me and start raging at me????? As if I did something wrong??? I get over to the middle lane to allow him to pass me(for the second time) and he gives me a round of applause. Luckily I actually know how to drive so I will NEVER have to use your services to get anywhere ??????

I recommend Baldwin Shuttle. During the height of the COVID-19 shutdown in Illinois, I needed to travel on a family emergency. One of the last legs of this journey was to get picked up near Decatur and taken to the Springfield, IL AMTRAK station. I reserved ahead of time about a week and arranged pick up time and destination. The car arrived at the appointed time and delivered me safely to my destination without any issue. I appreciated the ride and the service Baldwin Shuttle rendered. I would use them again. I would also add that they were sensitive to the COVID-19 situation and I felt completely safe.

Van 106 was FLYING on 355 and swerving around traffic. Couldn't pay me to get in that Van let alone pay to be in it.

Called them a week prior to my facilities trip and they totally dropped the ball. After several conversations and emailing back and fourth I never received the rate nor did I receive a confirmation after asking several times for one to be sent. I did however get a verbal but I wanted it in writing. I was also told in an email that all they needed was the drop off location and they confirmed the time for pick up as if they were coming. I called Baldwin on the day of the trip to confirm again (and several times prior) and a guy answers the phone, I woke him up" and immediately denies any conversation or emails. I told him that I spoke with someone the day before and he verbally confirmed the trip. Needless to say the guy on the phone was rude and I will Never call this unprofessional business again! I ended up having to call another shuttle service (Star limousine) who sent three confirmations and took payment right away. We made it to our trip!
