“It is not often I must enter the post office, but when I do I am greeted by attentive and helpful staff. Location is informative and clean. I really appreciate this location and how human they all are. Not all locations are like this and I know it! Thank you, Bethalto Post Office!”
“The post office in general is a good post office but just a 6" snow has shut them down and I haven't had any delivered mail since last Saturday and it is Wednesday evening now. What ever happened to neither rain or snow, hail or wind can slow us down?”
“I wanted to give a huge thank you to Emily. Once I got in touch with her she went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about a package I sent. It did take much longer to reach the destination than expected. But she was amazing. Thank you for keeping me posted and going out of your way to do so.”

“So about 2 days ago, I had forgotten my mail key. And at the time I realized I was at the post office. But when I got there I just went up to the ladies at the desk and asked can I just get my mail? And I’m so grateful because they said it isn’t allowed but what’s your box number? I think that deserves a 5 star review”
