“My Chevy Express broke down last weekend in Livingston, right off I55 just a few miles from Staunton. I was confident that my alternator had gone bad but was told by a three local auto shops that there would be no way they could get me in despite the fact that I was stranded. I called Daley-Bruckert and the guy running the service dept offered to help me out despite having an already full schedule. He even located an alternator for me and had it ready to install when the tow truck dropped me off. Had me back on the road in just a few hours and charged me less than I would have paid back home! “I got an 2003 murcury mountaineer from big Jim's an two months later started having problems with it. I put more money into getting it fix than what I paid in car notes. My truck broke down again and jim said he got me, but today it's a different story. I had to have it towed, but I didn't have the money so I had to borrow it. When someone say they got you, you expect them to do so, but jim wont do nothing.”
