Greed is more and everywhere more prevalent. I used to bank here. My mother still does. She wanted cash and can’t walk very well. So to save the hassle she wrote a check out to me. Well that cost her a convenience fee of eight dollars. Eight!? All you used to need was two forms identification. Wow. Hurt a family life long customer.

My wife wanted to cash a check and was told the day before she could when she went in today she was humiliated disrespected chewed out in front of other customers this person was not nice or respectful to my wife this account will be closed and transfer to a bank that treats customers respectfully

Really struggling with this decision on switching banks. I have had recently fraud on my account and was never credited and the lady said she didn’t know what I should do next. Very disappointed as I have banked there for 10 years.

How difficult can you make it for the non-customer... Busey Bank can push it as far as they choose! Attempting to cash a $100 check drawn on a Busey Bank account at the commercial drive up window... was told it is bank policy that I must come inside, hop up and down on one foot, THEN they would cash the check for me!In this day of cameras, when I pulled into the drive up they had photos of my vehicle, my license plate, and my face. Of coarse I submitted my ID with the check to the teller. No difference between me being there in the drive up or being inside (in my slippers) at a teller window.I will never do business with Busey Bank, and I will do my best to tell ALL my friends and family about this experience with the all-powerful Busey!Seriously, why make it more difficult for the non-customer? Shouldn't you be enticing the non-customer to become a new customer? Silliness!!!

This is a great bank. I have a business right across the street and have used Busey for a number of things. From the tellers to the manager, I am always greeted and received professional banking. Love this place.
