“If you are looking for dependable service, fair pricing, and amazing customer service, then you are looking for Feldkamp's West. I took my paid off, high mileage, Jeep Patriot to them multiple times for issues that would come up. When calling to get the Jeep in, I never had to wait long for an appointment. The work was always completed in a timely manner, and done correctly. The communication was excellent; they would provide regular updates on the progress of the repairs. Their prices are more than fair. I always paid what I was quoted. I cannot say enough about the customer service! The final time that I had to take the Jeep in, it had some significant issues that were not going to be inexpensive to repair. At that point, the Jeep generally was not in a good condition. It would not have been a wise decision to put that much more money into it. They could have done the work and taken my money, but Cassie was honest with me; the Jeep was not worth putting that amount of money into. In April, I purchased a used car for my daughter and after 4 months and only drivinging it 1700 miles, it broken down. I was pretty sure that the engine had seized and I needed someone to confirm that. It was towed to Feldkamps the day before the appointment. They ended up taking alook at it a day early, promptly let me know that the engine had failed. Cassie also made me aware that there was a previous settlement/ voluntary recall on the make and model of my car. The engine should be replaced without cost to me. She let me know who I needed to call to start the process. They have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. Thank you Feldkamp's West for being someone that I can trust when issues arise!”

“Me and my fiancé got a flat tire on our challenger and we were stuck waiting for a tow through our insurance for atleast four hours. So at that point it was 9pm and the tow company through our insurance said it was going to be another 2 hours with the time frame of being probably after 11pm for arrival. Luckily I googled Reynolds. They handled the whole situation professionally and was able to get a tow to us within 30 minutes!! The guy that gave us a tow I don’t remember his name but he was so nice and took care of our challenger so well! He made sure our car wasn’t to low to the ground and even took backroads to go slow with it. As soon as he arrived at the place we wanted him to tow it to, the guy FaceTimed my fiancé and showed us our car and asked if it was ok and to let us know he made it.
