Great customer service. My sprinter van alternator went out. They were able to get it towed to there shop. I love hours away from where my truck went out. They worked within my budget. I definitely recommend this place

Great customer service, got me in right away and had a loaner vehicle ready to go with a deposit that went towards my final bill. They fixed my oil leak which only took a day or two ( most of the time waiting for parts.) I will be going back for any other repairs or matainence.

Arndt Auto did a wonderful job doing diagnostic work on a vehicle that I inherited. As I am out of town, they coordinated picking up the vehicle that had sat for a couple of years and troubleshooting the repairs that were necessary to get the truck back to good working condition. I appreciate all the efforts that they made to thoroughly examine what the issues were. Would definitely recommend!

The technician and Kim were terrific in explaining that my brakes were fine, with lots of wear left and functioning properly. In the face of another outfit ready to sell me brakes this is very refreshing and Arndt saved me a bunch of money!
I’ll certainly be back when I REALLY need brakes.

I recently brought my car in because of a radiator leak. The staff were so patient and kind to me, they did a fantastic job and I got my car back in just a few days, in the meantime they gave me a loaner car. I was very impressed with the lady at the counter, her customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this business. Keep up the good work!

I was driving thru on my way from Milwaukee to St Louis for a work meeting when my Pruis check engine light came on...I called a few shops in the area and Arndt Automotive told me they were busy but I could stop in and they would see what they could do...they ran a diagnostic on my car right away and told me it was my water pump. It was close to closing time but they said they could have the parts needed first thing in the morning which they did... given my situation of needing to be in St. Louis they put a rush on my repair and got me back on the road that morning and I was able to make my meeting. I cannot say enough good things about Arndt Automotive and their repair shop and customer service they went out of their way to get me back on the road quickly, and above and beyond any service I have received before.

I recently had some work done on my car at Arndt Automotive. Overall they did a great job. After I got the car back there was small concern I wanted them to double check. They were happy to get me in that same day and resolve the issue. They’re great people to work with and they stand behind their work. I would recommend Arndt Automotive to anyone.

Amazing service! I decided to try them out and I am so glad that I did!! knowledgeable and not pushy at all! I did not feel like I was being lied to, and I did not feel that because I am a woman I was treated differently at all! They answered all my questions and there were several!!!

Tire busted a hour away from home. Towards the late afternoon Arndt ordered my specialized tire and got me back on the road. Also, fair prices as well to go with good work. If in the area definitely recommend!

Leaving my review in the middle. Upon leaving my other review, they reached out almost instantly saying they could do the job with cheaper parts, keep in mind, this option was never mentioned to me when I turned down the service in person. I had to leave a negative review for that option.
Despite the new quote, the labor fees with the discount were still high. Maybe go here if you have a single issue and know what a fair charge is, but I’m certainly never taking a car here even though I live a block away.
Never took it to another shop and just ended up selling the car, but every single person I shown that quote to, (one being a mechanic at another shop), said that was too high.

Well, after going here for a diagnostic of what a squeak noise could be, I get handed back the list of repairs needed below. The prices seem a bit steep and I will be getting a second shop’s opinion on it.
If they find a majority of these issues aren’t really an issue or that Arndt’s quote for these repairs is higher, my rating will drop to 1 or 2 stars. If their quote was around what the next shop I go to’s quote is, i’ll bump this review to 4 to 5 stars.
I already got quite a few second opinion’s saying that this is double what labor, parts, etc should be. I also can find the parts online for way less as it’s an older GM vehicle, which shares parts from a lot of other cars near the same year.
Really hope their prices match, as this mechanic is only a couple blocks away from me.
