I called and asked for an appointment the next day as I had a root canal in the am. MW gave me an appointment and told me what docs to bring with. I had a new battery within an hour and only had to pay a small installation fee! People who work there are very happy to explain everything in detail as I sm an older person and a woman. “Everyone is always so nice and they are pretty flexible with appointments. There have been a few time I called about a problem I was having with my car and they usually let me drop it off the night before and work on it the next day. The last time I went in there they had parked my car in the adjacent lot and drove it up to the door so I wouldn't have to go get it. The work they do is also pretty quick and affordable which is great!”
“VIOC in DeKalb has been a go to for years always had good service. Today was was great… wonderful crew of 3. Helpful, pleasant and efficient. My van sounded like a new car when I left, they helped solve no heat, squeaky belt, .. had radiator flush, oil change, and a couple wipers and filters changed. Right in line with competitors. I forgot the young ladies name who worked with me, but she’s a natural with good customer service.”
