First few times I thought this worker was just having a bad day but after repeated interactions, or lack there of…..
Shoutout to the employee working tonight—your repeated energy is truly inspiring. I mean, the way you look at customers like we’re ruining your evening by daring to make a quick purchase? Iconic. No greeting, no acknowledgment, not even a half-hearted sigh. Just pure, unbothered “why are you here?” vibes. I’m not asking for VIP service, just a basic human interaction. But hey, who needs customer service when you can serve attitude every shift you work? Lots of people are out there looking for work—might be worth finding someone who actually wants to be there.

Stopped into this location the other day for an energy drink and a few snacks and was cashed out by what I could only describe as the most miserable person I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Alyssa I think her badge said. Not only was she insanely rude but had the most god awful customer service skills. How you could have someone so rude and inconvenienced by doing her own job behind a register greeting people is beyond me. Corporate needs a complete retrain across all staff here. Management in particular because I’m pretty sure the manager on duty either enabled that kind of behavior or is training it into her favorite staff and not reprimanding such horrible workplace conduct

Stopped at 2 BP gas stations, both saying they are open 24hrs. Both closed. Now I'm stuck with no gas. How hard is it to update your hours online? Garage gas stations.

went there tonight to get beverages and the lady closed the store before they were supposed to close at 10. like come on now, you say your business operates till 10 at night yet you cant hold up your word?

Says it’s open 24 hours and went to go there at 3:30 in the morning. All the pumps were off.

Multiple pumps handles are dysfunctional. Pump 7 and others require you to manually hold half throttle or it shuts off. Takes forever to pump and you have to finesse the throttle to get gas. They need new handles on many of the pumps. I never fill up here, just get the minimum to get by due to the inconvenience and time constraints required to refuel here. The owner should take this into account. I go elsewhere as much as possible due to this.

Literally the absolute worst, it’s a glorified hang out for the night crew. Just got turned away because your help wanted to hang out with whoever he had in the store with him. Anyone that needs gas in the area, do yourself a favor don’t waste your time. They’re over there paying employees to turn away money and enjoy their lounge.

Misinformation on Googe maps.Says OPEN 24 HRS....NOPE!!!!PUMPS CLOSE @ 10 PMThere are third shifters all around this area!Youda thunk they would have figured this one out awhile back. Centerpoint industrial park is "Meca" in Illinois for the shipping industry.Shoot...Nuf said

The place is never open and the pumps are constantly turned off. I genuinely don’t understand how they’re even still in business. This place is beyond awful.
