Opened two different business checking accounts with Geri Matuk & couldn’t be happier with the customer service as well as customer service with personal was & a smile! Rare occurrence in today’s day & age! Definitely felt the professionalism as well as the one on one attention to my needs! Would highly recommend asking for Geri if you are looking to open an account!

I would give 0 reviews. Branch manager is a very Rude Girl.Telling me what I can say. She definitely needs some training on how to talk to customers. I banked here for 18 years.

This is the best bank there is. I moved 1000 miles away to Denver 6 years ago, and still will not consider another option. The app is easy to use and customer service is top notch. This is the best bank I have ever been with.

I can't say enough great things about this bank. In a time when small businesses needed help they were there. Other large banks only did PPP loans for large accounts but this bank helped me with all my client's loan needs no matter the size. I would recommend this bank to anyone that wants to work with good honest people. Destiny was communicative and friendly no matter how much work I threw at her.

First Bank of Manhattan has the best customer service! From the bank president to the bank tellers, and everyone in between, they are truly wanting to help and assist you in any way possible. I highly recommend them for all of your banking needs.

1 STAR - DO NOT RECOMMEND... Unfortunately my first customer service related phone call into a branch ended up taking nearly 40 minutes... issue NOT resolved. My hope is this honest review stimulates the company (FBM) to seek better website support and customer service technology for the benefit of all parties involved.
