The ONLY place I will ever take a vehicle! Start to finish, absolute perfection!
Thankfully, it had been a long time since I was involved in an accident, however, that also meant I sort of forgot the processes of insurance and getting a car repaired after an accident. From explaining my rights with regard to the other driver’s insurance company and advocating on my behalf throughout the entire repair process, Dominic, Jess and the rest of the amazing crew at Manhattan Collision made this entire experience as seamless and easy as possible. My car has never looked better and extra shout out to the detailer (it’s never been cleaner!). Thank you from a very satisfied customer who only wishes there were more ⭐️s to give!!

Great experience from start to finish! Dom and his team go above and beyond, taking pride in what they do. When it comes to dealing with the unfortunate situation of having to have your vehicle repaired, nothing makes it easier than quality work coupled with excellent customer service…and they absolutely nailed it. We got an emailed quote within hours of having it looked at, scheduling was a breeze, quick turn around time, and took payment over the phone from the person that hit us (as not to go through insurance). Not only was the work they did phenomenal, they even detailed the car inside and out. Thanks again to everyone and their hard work!

If your car is in need of body work, Manhattan Collision Center is the place to go. Dominic and Ken are magicians! I dropped my 2016 Kia off in February for body work and, when they were done, I picked up what appeared to be a brand new car! The work they do is top notch! They are helpful, knowledgeable, informative, and compassionate. Jess in the front office is fantastic, as well! She got a lot of insurance and rental car tasks taken care of for me very quickly and accurately. They took a lot of the stress off my shoulders! I am thrilled with the kind of business they run at Manhattan Collision. Thank you for everything!

Brought my 2018 Chevrolet Traverse to Manhattan Collision Center to have several dings, dents and bumper damage repaired. Dominic and his team worked around my schedule and did an amazing job as my vehicle looks as good as it did when it was brand new. In addition, my vehicle was expertly detailed. The cost quoted was fair and competitive. I highly recommend this business!
