I’ve never ever went to this Mcdonald’s and I’ve lived in this town for 20 years and tonight i made the mistake.I spent 50 dollars in the Rat hole and every thing was wrong EVERYTHING, so I called and had a RUDE ( I’ll say he was a kid) DEVON cause NO Man would speak to someone the way he spoke to me…..All I can say is beware of this joint, buns were hard food was cold and the employees are RUDE, I will be calling the Corporate OFFICE tomorrow, 50 dollars is a lot to throw in the trash and i only live 5 minutes away to have cold food

Two weeks ago I was in Manhattan just before noon on a Sunday and I was hungry and decided to give the new McDonald's a try. I figured since it had only been open for a few weeks that the people working there would still care about the quality of their food. I guess I was wrong!I ordered at the drive-thru A Big Mac meal which of course included fries and drink. The service was quick and friendly. I was the only car in the drive through and was on my way. I drove literally 3/4 of a mile to the bike trail as I was going to ride. I ate my meal there.The Big Mac was cold and bun not fresh. By cold I mean not even sitting under a light to retain warmth cold. It was cold! The fries were cold and had transitioned between barely edible to should have been thrown out and not served! All I can say was the Coke was a good mixture. I thought about driving back but was already behind on my schedule for the day so I ate it and hated myself for spending money on that horrible lunch. I was going to take the survey to at least maybe get a better sandwich next time but I misread the receipt. I thought I had 14 days but it's 7 days to take the survey 14 days to redeem.So based on this first time experience I won't be back...

Went in for 1 simple thing this morning. Sausage & cheese muffin. Got the cheese and muffin right..no sausage. Maybe it's best you don't have kids working super early in the morning..on a Sunday.

I was excited that a McDonald's was coming to Manhattan since I was getting tired of going to the one on laraway. I can honestly say I will continue to go out of my way to get a correct order. I've been to the Manhattan location 4 times and I have received the wrong order 4 times. I'm not talking just slightly wrong, I'm talking a whole different order. I guess the only thing they have going right is the people at the drive thru are nice and talkative.

I'd like to take a moment and thank everyone yesterday(9/18) who stopped to help my brother Kevin Porter. He fell and hit his nose and head and broke his finger coming out of McDonald's. After 12 hrs in ER he's home and doing ok. Possible surgery for his finger. All who stopped, complete strangers restored my faith in this crazy world. To owners of McDonalds, all is well. So don't worry. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. McDonalds has a special place in my heart as my dad took me to the first McDonald's when we lived in LA. back in the late 50's. This new places is wonderful. Our meal was great , service was tops. ?? Manhattan is a great community.?Parking: LotsKid-friendliness: ?Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Miss up something in my order, but totally understandable.Employees are clean tables chairs inside and garbage outside very often , very impressive.I am not sure how long owner will keep it up , because I think it is so cost for lots of employees working and also I didn’t see any Mc nearby do such very good clean jobs.However , will definitely be back and must say Great Job!

Best managed McDonald's for many miles. Helpful, considerate help. These friendly people really like their job. It's a pleasure eating there.Parking: Just a few steps to the door for some really awesome burgers...

Great experience awesome place Great staff.Anyway I order a nugget meal in drive thru got to the window and paidthen i decided to get 2 pies 1 orep and 1 apple I was led to believe that they were already up and good to go so I gave the nice cashier cash then a guy comes to window and say could u please go to the next pick up window and they will give me my change.i said OK then kid comes to window with my change give me it then proceeds to tell me the pies are gonna b about 10 kids I said o OK he asked if I still wanted them and I said well I already paid didn't IAnyways the wait ended up being more like 20 to 25mins wait and instead in the 1 if each I still got 2 of the same so not only was it ×(2.5)times longer then the 10 min wait I was first told butIt still was messed up and damn I didn't even find out til after all the way I was at home and after we both ate I'm just saying if u get drivethru anywhere in manhattan illinois always check your order b4 you leave any place no mater where it is alway check in Manhattan

Staff was extremely friendly, and the inside is absolutely gorgeous. So modern and welcoming with Fall decorations scattered throughout.What a great addition to Manhattan ?

food was fresh the first day they open now it’s just your typical mcdonald’s giving out old food unfortunately , service is good and it’s a clean mcdonalds for now , but the food was great the first day of opening when all the big bosses were there but now just old / cold mcdonald’s, i’d perfer to wait a little longer for fresh food than to get it quickly and old
