“2024 I dropped by Mokena Video one day, and it completely impressed me. With a Blu-ray/DVD player at home, I enjoy renting movies and watching them at my leisure. There's something special about being able to pause and rewind if I miss something. Despite having three smart TVs for streaming, it doesn't quite compare to the experience of browsing physical rentals, and it's not as cost-effective. I have a fondness for both current releases and classics, as it feels like stepping into a time machine and experiencing different eras. Video Bob, the owner of Mokena Video, curates an incredible selection of films, many of which are unavailable elsewhere. It's unfortunate that movie rental shops are disappearing, leaving all movies under the control of big corporations. Netflix has even halted their DVD mailing service, and Redbox has limited selection in their machines, though streaming options are available at a higher cost. If Video Bob can hang on a bit longer, he could establish an exclusive business that may thrive in the near future. I truly hope there's a resurgence in this area. DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K players are affordable and durable, lasting for many years. It would be a shame to see this valuable resource disappear forever! Chuck Jager”

“I ordered a birthday cake on Tuesday for Saturday and I was worried I was too late. Nope! The cake was perfect! And tasted amazing. I will always recommend Jewel for cake, even my wedding cake came from here. They never disappoint!”

“Half a mile from my home so it's convenient. Deals are plentiful from Redbox and T Mobile. I can go get a movie and come home to watch in less than 5 minutes! I also watch free stuff via Roku.”

“This redbox doesn't really get to many people. Don't think I have ever had to wait to rent a movie. They usually have the new releases available compared to other redbox locations.”

“This is my favorite redbox to go to. Having 2 boxes is better than 1. I usually use that app first to reserve the movies then just go pic the movies up. These are stocked really good you can find new releases pretty easy at these redbox. Being out side of Jewel Osco there are grocery deals for snacks. Convenient being outside of a grocery store.”
