Pauly is great. He left me a 6 minute voicemail with specific instructions on what to do to get a softener system up and running that’s been dormant for 10 years. In my book, that makes him a great mechanic and teacher. And, all I had to do was send him this picture.

Paul is GREAT. He installed a water softener for me a year ago.. I recently needed some maintenance done on it and he made himself available within a few days! He is super nice, and very knowledgeable and does not cost an arm and a leg to come help ya out :) Thanks for the service and future services!
