“Great 24 hour key gym for people who are serious about weightlifting and the grittier side of training. Save your hair pomade and makeup. No tanning beds or club music playing overhead. Just free weights, some nautilus-style machines and a few heavy bags in the basement. Friendly and encouraging regulars are happy to offer tips for some of us who aren't weight training focused but rather use it as a supplementation for our primary focus. Price is very reasonable for what you get here.”
