I would give zero stars, if I were able. I have had multiple negative encounters with Ken, the pharmacist, but this week was by far the worst! Upon arriving at the pharmacy, the tech named off the medications that I was there to pick up. I told her that I didn’t know what the one was, so she kindly went and got the pharmacist. He told me the same medication name that she did. I told Ken that I do not take that medication, and he told me I did! He is a very angry person (I’ve encountered this before) and immediately became combative. He insisted that I take this medication and would not hear me. I told him it’s very scary that they are giving someone medication that they don’t take. He yelled back at me that my doctor prescribed it for me. Long story short, I do NOT take the medication he was stating, so either 1) he had filled the wrong medication 2) he filled the correct medication, but printed the wrong paperwork or 3) he was saying the wrong medication name (I don’t think this was the case because the tech had named that medication first). That is very scary! Needless to say, I did not leave with that medication because I do not take it! Based on personality alone, Ken should not be serving customers. He is a very angry and very difficult person to deal with, and now I question his expertise, as well! I do not recommend this pharmacy, unless you absolutely have to go there!

Picked up two prescriptions for my 90 yr old mother. Had questions for pharmacist about herbal supplement interactions and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve gone there many times before and he’s always been helpful and patient with answering concerns.

When looking for the hours of operation look under cvs pharmacy not cvs because the whole store follows the pharmacy hours of operation.

The head pharmacist Ken is the most unprofessional, condescending and rude person that should absolutely not to working in customer service!! He yells, talks over you, and very confrontational. Quit frankly... a bully. Its sad to think people treat others this way and think its ok..... The only reason I had a prescription
filled there was because my main Pharmacy didn't carry it. Do yourself a favor and go to Main Street Pharmacy, a block away, where they are professional, caring and always willing to listen to their customers!

I stood at the pharmacy counter for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. When the technician did serve me she was extremely rude and impatient. I have never had a good experience with this store, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at any pharmacy. 0 stars. The tech complained that she had to help me, right in front of me.

They closed an hour early today! I needed to pick up photos on a Saturday and they couldn’t even stay open until 6:00! The boy closing up was walking out and didn’t have the decency to tell me it was locked up before I got up to the door and realized it for myself. That place is a joke and I regret ordering photos through them. Never again will they get my business. Also, I hear their pharmacy is terrible by everyone. If you are considering getting your medication there, reconsider!! MainStreet Pharmacy is amazing!

When your reviews are as low as they are you might want to reevaluate what the issues are. Several times I've gone through the dive through rang the bell and sat there for 10min plus NEVER coming to the window. Not even to say "be right with you" nothing. It's rude and bad business ethics. There's another pharmacy two blocks away with nice, caring, funny, helpful people, that are willing to go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Because at the end of the day that's how you pay your bills is through loyal customers. If you don't like the business you run, that you need to close early, take such long lunch breaks, can't keep employers, can't keep customers, can't have respect enough to take 20 seconds of your life ro go to the window then then you should probably find a new field of work..

The manager doesn’t honor prices that are in the literal ad I walked around the store for 30 minutes scanning and wouldn’t honor a single scan from the cvs app.

We arrived to get our cards 5 minutes before they closed. We had already ordered them hours before so it should have been a quick grab and purchase. They had already closed and locked up. If you are closing early then you need to put a note on the door at the very least but preferably don’t close before your written hours on the door. Or change your hours on the door to your actual hours.

Dropped off a prescription and was told it would take an hour. Came back an hour later and they haven't even touched it, still waiting on the Pharmacists to fill it and was told it would be another 15 min. The tech at the register was going to hit expedit since it had already been an hour and I had a baby on my hip and another tech stopped her cause "the Pharmacists doesn't like that". It took another 40 min before it was filled. The Pharmacists Ken Mobgo was also extremely rude to all 3 of his techs working.

This pharmacy is garbage. The male pharmacist has never been anything but rude during every instance I’ve used this pharmacy. He is condescending, unkind, and unpleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, this is one of the in-network pharmacies for my insurance.

Les than 1 star pharmacy is terrible no stock on meds was told didn't have any with no solution asked what should I do he said to go to Beecher and get filled.
