This store location consistently struggles to open on time based on their posted hours of operation. I waited over 20 minutes past the posted time of open and still no one opened the store. Once open, their products and shelving are okay. Not great.

I highly encourage you not to deal with this place, Carrie the manager amazes me how she has a job, she ruined my daughters birthday because I chose this location as a holding facility for FedEx and FedEx told me my package is there , it's been there since 02/22/24 and I must've called 20 times to see if it's there and every time she insisted it's not, I begged her to help me because it was a surprise birthday gift for my daughter, finally today the FedEx driver went to the store and pointed out the package on the counter, that's 4 days later, she ruined the party yesterday for me yesterday for

Another example of a staff that seems bored with customers and who are obviously ungrateful that people shop there. It's becoming a pandemic of rudeness, discourtesy and plain lousy customer service. This particular store is staffed with people that would have been of more service, had they stayed at home.Forget trying to call the store. I would recommend going here, if there's no other option available to you. Otherwise, look for an establishment that is genuinely happy to have your business.

Just recently downloaded the app. Didn’t realize had to “clip’ the coupons. So when they didn’t come off the bill I inquired about it. The cashier called the manager who I seemed to be inconveniencing. Kept huffing like I was bothering her. When I asked her how to “clip” the coupon she huffed at me again and didn’t own up to it when I called her out on it. Also I waited in line a long time before being noticed and never said a word about it. RUDE.
