Every time I come in it's always clean and staff is nice, Christine is my favorite she is very kind and patient and is very understanding and is very helpful. Only thing I don't like is they keep jacking up the prices but that's not necessary the staffs fault. Don't have to worry about bugs here they always keep it clean and tip top shape every day

To begin, I left this storage facility for numerous reasons... the rent increases are astronomical, taxes that don't exist being put on my bill and so much more. ? The only good thing here was the new manager Christine who was kind, sweet, and most of all helpful and understanding. If it weren't for the distasteful rent increases and money mishaps from Storage Sense, I would still be here for Christine alone!!Renters watch out!

I love the space, and the people do great work at a fast pace. I think storage is very clean. Great people, great storage.

Renter beware!!! Ridiculous increase in rent every 6 months! Lies about taxes being added to your rent, employees stating it is IL state law: BUT IT IS NOT!!! Contacted IL Dept of Rev, told by a state Tax Agent, there is no such law, except for leasing, which is towards ownership, but not on any rent, period. Contacted IL States Attorneys Office, they said the company is doing FRAUD to their customers.

Christine was exceptional getting me set up with such a friendly attitude and explaining everything in detail. The locker was spotless and she made sure to insure the correct size. Keep up the great work Christine !!

Fantastic experience. I thought I was going to be late and I got to the storage place just in time. Reggae was so nice that he had stated that he would have waited for me knowing I was on my way. What a guy!!

Very professional and kind on the phone and unit was clean with easy access. Would certainly have five stars if the code I was given worked on move day. Just rented my unit so want to give benefit of the doubt.
