Absolutely pathetic service last couple months. I do not know what happened, however Practically every month missing mail. Poor management .

I had to go to the Manteno post office today. Kim did not give me a call back yesterday when I called to ask where my package was. Tracker claims it was delivered to my porch. My mother was at my place babysitting and had a clear veiw to the front porch. She never seen anyone come or go. The package wasn't there when I got home. When I asked the neighbors they didn't see anyone come or go either. Until about 10 mins after getting off the phone with Kim yesterday, John (my mail-man)came driving by sat infront of my place for a second and then drove off. Long enough for me to see him and head to the front door by the time I opened the door he was driving off. While speaking with Kim today she pretty much laughed and smirked to the fact there is nothing she can do but tell me to contact the seller. So I did, which I'll get the refund. Hope y'all enjoy the jeans that were NOT delivered!

This post office refuses to accommodate medium to large clients that have large quantities of items to be shipped. I recommend if you ship a lot to go through another post office, and don't attempt to resolve this with the post office manager they will not help.

7 out of 9 packages said they were put in my mailbox. I have a key for my box... 0f those 7 packages, I have received none!!! Every single package is missing!!! EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE IS MIS-DELIVERED!!! THE USPS IS COSTING ME MONEY!!! My packages are being placed in the wrong box and this post office does not care!

I do not recommend coming to this post office. The older man I dealt with was extremely rude amd seemed irritated. Get a new job if you hate it.

A memo to postal carriers in Manteno instructed them to not deliver mail for 7 day prior to the election. They were told to only deliver packages. This is deplorable and part of USPS efforts to delay mail in votes. Would love to get some reporters out their to have Manteno answer to the public on this.

Was accused of stealing by the lady working the desk today. I brought in the tape I purchased the last time I was at the post office and she accused me of stealing it today. I walked in with it.

I called to ask a simple question and delivering a package before i sent it.. and the women who answered the phone and laughed at me and proceeded to tell me that my question was like asking about Walgreens when i called Walmart. I hung up the phone. I hate manteno postal office.

Laziest postal employees. 3rd time waiting at home for a delivery and the USPS Delivery person didn’t even walk up to ring doorbell or knock on door they just pulled up to my mailbox and left a sorry we missed you notice and drove off. I had to go into the post office the next day to sign for it. This use to be a good post office but the newer employees just don’t care at all.

Mantenio nice . Very freindly people whonwork there. P.ost office. .. got everything 8n there. From cards to boxes to be delverd for shipment. . The head lady of the postal office very kind.

For the first time in 20 years, the Manteno Post Office neglected to deliver our Kankakee property taxes. When I called the Treasurer's office, they said we would have to pay a $25 late fee because the post office returned the tax bill and said it was an insufficient address. Yet, when I verified it with the Treasurer's office, they had the correct address. You really screwed up here Manteno Post Office.
