“FedEx and UPS are often better for shipping anything over 2-5 lbs - always worth a compare on their website. USPS is great for smaller stuff and most anything within a state or two. This location offers limited hours but what would you expect for a small town?”
“For truck load deliveries entrance from Persimmons St. The place is cramped for full-size semitrucks, especially by the docks. It is designed for box trucks, and even daycab won't be happy here. If you are not a box truck and have an early morning appointment, they won't honor it. You will only get a door once they are done with boxtrucks. Probably won't be back here again. It's not really an over the road trucker friendly place. Especially if you are here first time, no signs posted how to get to the entrance until you get to that Permissions St. 2 stars for having a little bit of room to wait for them to give you a door and guys working. I've been honest about the reason for not unloading at appointment time.”

“Always a clean store and the staff is wonderful!Anyone having issues with hours and picking up a package, should authorize someone to pick it up for you!Staff does NOT set the hours of operation. The State does!!! If the State would allow them more staff and more money to pay them, you might not Have to pick up your mail at the office. jsGive her a break ffs.”

“The employees at our little post office are the most efficient, nicest people. They are so helpful and it's just the best post office. The only thing I'd like is to have one of the kiosks where you can mail packages after hours. They're closed from 1-2 every day, which is when I go in. Or, after 4, it would be really convenient. Overall, it's a wonderful post office.”

Never heard a word from ATL but Ben and the other employees at PPO called me and kept me in a constant loop about what happened and where my letter was.
