My family has been going to get our taxes done here for years and usually they’ve been pretty good to us all. I’m the youngest in my family and only have needed my W-2 form to get my taxes done, so last year my charge was only $35. I called to confirm that the price would still be around that (since this year it’s also just the W-2) and the person on the phone said “well i don’t know where you heard that price from” and then proceeded to tell me that it’s typically over $100 with the lowest possible price being $40. It seems like since I’m younger and not as familiar with doing this on my own they want to get as much as they can from me. I’ve known people with similar experiences when going here so just be weary, they may try to charge you as much as they can get away with.
