Offered to come in early for pick up. After drop off I realized I was overcharged, some kind of glitch in U-Hauls system. He called the company immediately and instead of me having to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund he offered me cash out of his pocket day of. Stellar service!

Good place to rent trailers asked trucks. The guy in the office is very nice and very helpful. I got their motorcycle trailer which was great on our trip to Colorado and back. Highly recommended
