The people at aarons sold me a couch the was owned by someone else prior to me getting it and it had bedbugs. Aarons is harassing me to continue with my payments but I refuse due to it effect my house with infestation and had to pay a professional to rid of the issue. I further recommend that everyone thinks twice before you get any furniture from these people.

We have been customers at the Marion il Aaron's store and have purchased and payed off many items . All the employees there are very nice and courteous with the exception of Chris in the "accounting " department . Not only was he incredibly rude he was very disrespectful when I called to address an issue . I will most certainly be contacting higher management as I am sure Aaron's would not like that an employee hung up on a long time customer on top of being extremely rude . This would most certainly be what prompts us to not purchase at Aaron's again in the future even after many years of loyalty to the company.

Rude woman from there came to my house and very rude to us. I called them and got the same thing rude. We have never had problems when we had them before. My husband sleeps during the day and they woke him up.

being rudely yelled at and berated I have a severe seizure disorder and currently was behind in my payments I had been back and forth to the hospital and even told that to the general manager Dave, he continued to yell at me as if I were a disobedient child even went as far as to say if I die during a seizure they would be able to pick their stuff up then ...I tried to explain my situation and wanted to work it out but he continued to yell at me until I hung up the phone..I would never recommend anyone to do business with the marion,Illinois store extremely unprofessional what I have been taught is you never treat a customer this way even if they were disrespectful which I absolutely was not

0 stars. Lady on the phone is extremely rude. I just moved in where I'm at. Lady claimed I was the person and avoiding them. Next time your driver shows up I will expect a formal apology when you're proven wrong.

Purchased a chair that vibrates and heats up. Work when I got it. Now granted it's been about 2 years, and those years it has went out 3 times.Sent me another chair, didn't work. Got a call today and they can't fix it. This chair cost 800-1000$ and now I'm stuck with something that doesn't work. Aaron please take me off your mailing list. I am not a customer anymore.
