Nathan helped me after I got off work, instead of trying to sell me a new phone he helped me fix my phone knowing I couldn't afford a new device. Not only that he helped me save some money, this was a godsend while I battle cancer and struggle with kemobrain and brain damage.

Was greeted instantly while walking in which started the interaction in the right direction. Worked with a nice gentlemen named Rajah which ended up being a great transaction and it was nice during my upgrade I was greeted and met by the manager (Nathan) which made sure I was being taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better time at AT&T.

Store was clean but empty. Only one associate. I was 'lucky' to be helped by him, as two other people came in after me and waited 10-15 minutes before leaving. The associate was entirely unable to help me with questions about my bill (he couldn't give a clear answer to a single question I asked).

About a month ago my mother and I went in for help. She bought a phone online and needed help setting it up and transferring over items from her old phone. I needed help getting a different phone plan. We were assisted by two different people who were both very professional and knowledgeable. We will definite go back for other issues and when purchasing new phones.

Walked into the store to see if it would save me money to change providers. Was I totally surprised! It not only saved me money, but Archelle was so friendly and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered. He deserves 5 STARS. I changed providers and left with the feeling that I had made the right choice. I also would like to say that all the employees in that location were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
