I want to let everyone know the excellent service I always receive from Michael Dowdy. This man goes out of his way to help and deliver top notch service. He truly is a valuable asset to Best one tire. He’s been there for me and my small business day or night. Just recently called him in the early am hours needing assistance and he was very helpful and courteous. I hope Best One appreciates Mr Dowdy as much as I do. He does an excellent job for your store.

I am disappointed in the policy of bestone tire. When I purchased tires for my escape I paid for tire rotation and road hazard at marion. Now they want to make me drive to Harrisburg to get anything done and won't refund the money I paid for services. It's not honest business. I reccomend to stay away from them.

Called ahead and they had two tires that I needed, I rolled up and the salesman met me and 2 tires repairmen started on my trailer, before I could go in and pay and get my receipt they were done..2 tires on a flatbed trailer with auto air. Awesome

They were able to get me in at my appointment time and did not take that long to do the oil change, tire rotation and put new windshield wipers on. Would recommend and will go back.

Great service, but I thought it was strange to be charged for tpms and tire disposal when I bought the tire there and came in with a new rim that had no tire on it, it was a brand new rim, so no tire to dispose of, and no tpms (they even checked to make sure there wasn't one) it wasn't that much extra they charged but still they shouldn't charge for services if the services were not performed.So I would check your receipts if you just had a new tire(s) mounted to a new wheel(s) that did not have an old tire on to dispose of. The same goes for TPMS if you don't have tpms it should not be billed.But I did have a good experience there, everyone was nice and took care of me quickly without an appointment.

I had already been burned by Plaza tire. Sold me over 500. For 2 tires. Then 20k miles later said I needed new tires and massive amount of work to the tune of over 3k. They diagnosed my issue as ball joints. And the 2 tires plaza sold me were bad as they were separating. With everything. I'll spend 1300. And I feel safe with Amber and Cliff looking out for my best interest.Service: General repairs & maintenance
