The warm food was empty, the restroom was disgusting trash over flow no tissue. When asked fir hot food had to wait.

Worst Casey’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here a hand full of times and every single time the rest rooms reek of urine and like it’s never actually being cleaned properly. There’s only one cashier at a time working and about 4-5 people standing around in the kitchen watching the one other person work. It’s a shame to see this establishment get run down by the lack of proper work ethic and proper management.

Called for a customer service question, kitchen manager wasn’t paying attention to the question that was even asked about the rewards app, I didn’t even ask for the kitchen on top of that she just so happened to answer and say this is the kitchen I can’t help you with that question, she did ask for help eventually but she asked the person helping her the wrong question I asked and gave me a ignorant response as if I didn’t know where to find it on the app. I got fed up at this point, I asked if I could speak to a manager older black lady snaps on the phone saying “ I am a damn manager.” Very unprofessional they need new hires that actually can speak to customers the correct way. I was very nice to the lady until she didn’t even pay attention to the question I asked her. Customer service was terrible wouldn’t ever wanna go here I hope it gets shut down 5:01-5:05 pm Friday, august 9

Having a tire pump that only takes a credit card is so wrong. This It limits access and places society at risk, all over corporate grifting.
