If I could give 10 stars I would! I would highly recommend CDS Office Technologies for your I.T. and network solutions if you are in Marion, IL or surrounding areas. I have used CDS on two different occasions. Josh Ditto set up my network so that I can securely send ultrasound studies to the interpreting physician to be read. He also helped me a second time with an issue on my network. Josh even provided his direct contact just in case I have any future issues. He answered a question on a weekend, and was there bright and early Monday morning to address the issue so that my workflow was not interrupted. They are professional, prompt and knowledgeable.

CDS and their team are simply wonderful! I’ve had nothing but good experiences after previous IT headache after headache. Josh introduced our health care facility to Managed Print Services and I’m so glad he did. It’s lovely to know everything is so closely monitored through their services, even when they are not physically present. Highly recommend.

Ive been dealing with the CDS office out of Marion, IL for over 3 years now. They have been nothing but the best. I cant stay enough good things. Ryan has ALWAYS been quick to respond. When i have issues or questions with equipment, someone comes by and either fixes the issue or answers the question in perfect terms that make sense to someone who may not know all the technical jargon. I have never had a billing issue, usage issue or any other problems with CDS like I have experienced with other companies in the past. If you are looking for dedicated and personal service, look no further. A+++!
