“Doug set up my computers in my office 2 years ago. We had a bizarre computer issue recently so I called him back out. Even though my issue was something obscure that he had not seen before he worked tirelessly with my internet provider & they resolved the issue. To say I’m thankful is an understatement! This was a big undertaking & definitely not something I could’ve done myself.”

“Very accommodating and offers explanation with solutions. Took laptop in need of evaluation and opted for a new replacement. They transferred files and completed the setup process for me. Thank You. While there, several customers came in to seek advice; in which, dictated their reputation of providing cordial and genuine service.”
