Earlier this month I had an unforseen accident and my car was totaled. Thank God for Lori, Derrick and others at Easy Street! It's been a rough ride since the accident and today, when I went in to buy my second car, Lori and Derrick were exceptional! Even though it was storming like crazy, their positive attitude and over the top helpfulness made the day brighter! Derrick and Lori (and forgive me but I cannot remember the other gentleman's name)....THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! You guys are awesome! If I could give you more than 5 stars I totally would!
