You all really deliver like this? Our order was obviously dropped in the mud and left on my porch opened! You might think they just had a bad day and stuff happens. Nope! The sams order was delivered today and the harbor freight order was a couple months ago and took 9 days to deliver to the usps that had to tape it closed before they could deliver it. Absolutely unacceptable! If your driver would have rang my doorbell and I saw the sams order like that. I would have refused it and sent it back. You all have completely lost your customer service abilities! It's sad when the postal service does better than you!

I was not home to receive my package, where the driver left a door tag. Now with the doortag you're suppose to be able to follow the instructions to track or adjust or even indirect signature sign for your package. I know this inside and out because I drove a FedEx ground route for 7 yrs. My crusade quest began at 3pm central and finally at 8pm I was able to speak to a human.
My package isn't eligible to be held but they will make 2.more attempts to deliver and then will hold it for 10 days.
Now re-read that and tell me what jackass programmed the special needs virtual assistant and the short bus bot voice on the phone.
As I was finally connected to a human being, she contacted the terminal facility whom she said was closed, yet that's what they told her and they would be open at 7am, but google says 9am.
I'm positive my package will be in the truck for. Delivery after being told it will be there for pick up at 7am. I am positive I will be updating this review to verify my theory. It cracks me up how they will lie to someone and that someone knows the ins and outs of their driver delivery process and scanning the package as undeliverable no one to sign for package and then placing the + on the PKG with code and attempts made in each corner of the +. Ive never played the vs game but I spent 5 minutes locating my moms life saving IV antibiotics in November with UPS who told me where I could drive to meet the driver and get them.

If I could I would give this place and their employees a zero rating! They discriminate against people with disabilities and leave their very heavy packages outside and don't care if they can get them in. Plus they do not listen to instructions. They do not try to help their customers they are rude and they lie. This company needs to be dismantled.

Terrible service, incomplete information about my address was put in the guide, and they delivered it to another place, the courier did not contact me before, nor did he return the package to the office knowing that he did not have all the address information and only took a photo where He left it, how do you know where he left it? And fedex doesn't give a solution

THE WORST! Their drivers keep delivering my packages to the wrong house then take photos of them sitting at the door of the WRONG HOUSE. Then it is completely impossible to get ahold of anyone in the United States for help. Customer service consists of someone overseas who never calls you back. I have zero faith in them delivering anything!
