I paid extra shipping for my package to ride around 2 days in the the drivers truck apparently. The status said out for delivery. Second problem is that you cannot talk to a real person. Only a recording.

The Fedex 800 (customer service???) number is beyond a joke. It took 5 phone calls it took to determine my closest location (20 miles away) does do packing as well s shipping. The "customer service" folks did not have the phone number for the location???? So when asked how I could get a quote or phone number for the local store the"customer service" person advised me to drive the 20 miles top to the location ?????

I call to find out if they have computers I can log into to print a document. They don’t have a local number and the 1-800 number says they can’t connect me with someone in the store. Won’t tell me if I can print anything. Terrible system.

Extremely disappointed with this company. Can't get my package that's one city over because it's express and it's only available Monday through Friday! My package has an iPad AND a MacBook in it. I am livid.

No door tag was left no notification about it being out for delivery no nothing. Ordered my package and paid extra to have it here by the time my car got out of the shop. Contacted customer service when I looked and saw it was being returned and they said there's nothing they can do after I get this package I will never touch FedEx again

The lady told me several times she was the only one working that shift and she couldn't help me.
