We ran completely out of gas 0% because we had a leak. The temperatures for the next 7 days were hovering around 0° with negative wind chills. They told us it would be 9 days to get gas. I explained we were completely out and all my waterline would freeze without gas potentially costing us big bucks. They simply could not care less. Horrible service!!

I changed to Ferrell Gas a little over a year ago, and I'm so happy that I did. The service is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend Ferrell Gas if you are looking for a company that is willing to go the extra mile for you. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER ?

I've been out of gas since Tuesday. Went to the local office (says its open) no one there. When I call all I get is an automated recording (who doesn't understand what I'm saying).I have made the necessary payment TWICE just so I can get on the delivery list but still haven't heard a peep from them.As soon as I am able I will find another propane supplier who will at least communicate & provide serviceAngry customer

Many reasons on why you should avoid this company but essentially they have terrible customer service and unprofessionalism. Also they technically stole about half a tank of gas from me by filling the wrong tank and then saying I have to pay for them filling the wrong tank or they would come and take it. I didn’t plan on using that tank for a bit and also didn’t have the funds to fill 2 tanks at the same time so I guess my only choice was for them to come take the tank which was already half full before they filled it. I was home during all of this but the driver never even came to knock on my door otherwise he would have been told we have 2 tanks and I called on the one in the front part of the house. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Do not go with this company. I will be switching asap.

Called on a Thursday to get my tank filled. We had just recently bought this house and the tank was already leased through them. Initial set up is fine they say they will be out next week which was also fine. They come out on Tuesday while we are not home fill the tank and at work I receive an email saying the order is complete. I get home at around 5 which is after hours and see that they have red tagged my tank for a leak at the outside furnace. They didn't try to call or contact us in anyway about the problem but never the less we get the leak fixed that night and I call them in the morning to come and check our system again. They tell me it will be at least Monday morning before they can come out. So this puts me not having hot water for a week. As soon as our tank has been used we will be finding a different company to us because they have made a horrible first impression with us. Also would have given them 0 stars if that was an option.

This is absolutely the worst choice anyone could make when choosing a gas company. I advise everyone to take their business elsewhere. A couple of months ago there was a leak on my tank. A service man came out tightened a few bolts & said it was fixed. A couple of months later my tank is almost empty. My furnace is the only thing that the gas is running. I call to report another leak. The service guy comes out for an hour, states that there was a leak but he couldn't find it , & that he was going to shut our tank off and send someone else out the next day. So of course I have to take off work to meet the guy out here. He stated that he checked for a leak 3 different times and he could not find one (keep in mind my tank is still shut off) but he says that he has to install (a t shaped) peice on my furnace because it's a safety requirement ( he said it's supposed to filter out any particles that may get in the tank) . I asked "Why wasn't it put on last year when we got the tank if it's a safety requirement?" The reply I got back was "Well I can't answer you that." So then he leaves. I go back to work. Come back home & while sitting on the couch I smell gas (inside which before all the leaks were outside). I go check the furnace & what do ya know, there's gas leaking from the peice that he installed. By this point the office is closed. I go shut my tank off & my husband goes in there the next day (Friday) to show them the video I took of the leak their service guy created in my house (& to order more gas.) & of course they apologize and contact the 'district manager' who apologizes and promises the guy will be out there by noon to fix it. Noon rolls around and nobody is there. Call the district manager again & he says, "we'll he won't be out there until 3:30" 3:30 rolls around & nobodys there. The guy didn't show up until right before 5pm, tightens the bolts, apologizest, & leaves. So of course our gas can't get filled because they took so long to fix the leak that they created. First they said that we would have to wait until Tuesday to get it filled bc Monday was a holiday ( MLK). Then they said they were going to be working on Monday so they would come them. (& keep in my they are calling for blizzard weather over the weekend. ) Monday rolls around and they call and say well we aren't coming out there until the roads are clear (which is understandable) but when I got home yesterday at 4pm the roads were completely cleared. Now hear it is TUESDAY & STILL NO GAS. I called about 30 minutes ago (when I got home & checked it.) They stated well we tried to come out there yesterday but the roads weren't clear so now we won't be able to make it until Friday. SERIOUSLY?! Absolutely beyond ridiculous. At a loss for words .
