I will have to say NO to this I.S.P.. For me the number one rating is price and speed. You will NOT get the speed you are paying for. As they do offer a few different packages, this means they can throttle speeds you get. But paying for 500 Meg download and never going above 480 Megs means they are throttling lower than what you are paying for. I have had Mediacom in the past and they always throttle your speed over what they offer. Since they are the only I.S.P. in the area (as I moved to a new location) I am stuck with them. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. I will change my rating if they will give me the speed I am paying for. I don't like paying for a service I am not getting.

We have been on Futiva for several months now. Super fast and no issues. A lot cheaper than Hughes net.

Price much better than previous provider, service is EXCELLENT, and customer service is GREAT. Installation was easy, very professional. Couldn't be happier :)

This company is an absolute joke. Won’t let you set up auto pay, or atleast that’s what the little receptionist will happily tell you on the phone. So when you pay your payment, if they’re not in the office it’s tough luck for you baby. Get with the times and do auto pay so people can keep their internet even with busy lives. Y’all only do that so the people with actual lives will have to pay a reconnection fee and then when they do, it doesn’t even get turned back on until hours later. I think New Wave is the better option.No thank you, been there done that with you people. Your receptionist has told me many times you don’t do auto pay. Let’s not change our story now.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with multiple routers. Futiva diagnosed and remedied the issue very quickly.

So far everything seems very stable. There have been times that it is slower than what I'm paying for or what it was when it was installed, but that can be said of any provider.
