Clerk wasn't interested in me trying to find a Playstation 5 gift card. He was trying to tell me the older versions would work. NOT!! Finally he told me where they were, after 10 minutes. Will never go to this place again.

I bought an Xbox there. The employee sold me the GameStop pro. I specifically asked if it was a recurring fee and was told it was one time only. I was LIED to. It is a recurring fee. Watch out for the manager. He will commit fraud for a sale.

Dude literally stood there for 20 minutes drinking orange juice and watching his steam deck while I was waiting in line to trade in games. Very unprofessional and not to mention he didnt even put in my pro membership so I got less money. Didn't even ask if I wanted the receipt. Fire this man

Who don't like a Gamestop....? Nice knowledgeable people who know whats hot... and are gamers too. It's a great store to shop for.. uhh.. Games,?? figurines, guides, accessories and more... feels good to shop Offline.... ??? or buy online lol and pickup in store and get money off like I did on my ps5.... ??

It's easy to see why the brick and mortar game store is dying. Brought my 7yo son into one for a first time and he was excited. Staff said something to him that made him not want to look anymore and just leave. When I questioned the staff, they deny saying anything. Won't go back again. Tried to contact a store manager and never got in touch with anyone.Order online. It's probably cheaper.

Excellent customer service!!! The employees at this GameStop are phenomenal and redeemed GameStop for me and my family. We had a terrible experience at a GameStop in St. Louis and the transaction was something we really wanted to forget, so we returned our purchases at the Marion GameStop. We didn't want to get into the details of the other incident and thankfully didn't have to. The Marion GameStop accepted our return without pressuring us to exchange or buy something else, which was much appreciated. The new trainee assisting us, Stephen, was friendly, professional and polite, as was his supervisor. Thank you, Marion GameStop. Your customer service is top notch! We will stick to this GameStop from now on.

They had exactly what my husband was looking for! I got a Nintendo Switch, the New Mario Wonder game, and a controller! Absolutely love it! Plus it was an early anniversary present from my husband!
