Really clean and really varied gym. They have everything you need and more: squat racks, deadlift platform, cable attachments of all sorts, brand new turf area, and tons of machines. Day passes are very affordable, and I would highly recommend stopping in for a lift! This gym seems to have a really good sense of community.

Super clean, lots of well-maintained equipment, very spacious, courtesy towels and cleansers always available, excellent shower room, but best of all is the staff! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. I'm never disappointed!

No better Gym in the area. Has a little bit of everything in there. Environment is like a small town family and the owners upgrading and adding more modern and very functional pieces of equipment. Don't miss out on THE PLACE TO BE... "With every journey comes a LEGACY" come check it out!....
